报告简介：费章君博士，康奈尔大学Boyce Thompson Institute（BTI）植物研究院副教授，主要从事园艺作物基因组、转录组等生物信息学研究工作。费博士于2003年获得美国Texas A&M University植物分子生物学博士学位，2003年至2004年在康奈尔大学从事博士后研究工作。主持或参与完成了西瓜、猕猴桃、黄瓜等物种基因组测序分析，在番茄功能基因组与表观遗传方面具有突出的研究成果。先后在国际顶级和权威期刊Nature、Nature Genetics、Nature Biotechnology、Nature Communications、Plant Cell、Bioinformatics、Plant Physiology、Plant Journal、Nucleic Acids Research等发表高水平研究论文。
